this place is KNOWN to flood after heavy rains, if attempting this
AFTER rain showers, then expect to be going through some water
because it CAN flood.
It may take you a few tries to get this, but you should be able to
find it. It WILL be a challenge. The difficulty and terrain we're
used by the rating system, and are accurate. The coordinates are
right, Trust me, NOTHING is the way it seems.

Cache is NOT Located on private property, Please do NOT go on the
housing lots, or i will be forced to remove this cache, I know
these people who live here, and I asked them to let me know if
anyone steps foot on their land. You can easily get this cache in
the public park there. On-street parking ONLY. To avoid suspicion,
It may help to sit in your car for a few minutes, and "Eye-it-out"
and think about it. Watch for kids! They can get very curious and
watch you.
