The year was 1967. The big screen was ablaze with “The Dirty Dozen”. It was really 3 movies in one. The first movie was the humor of training. This was attached to “The Test” with tape. Finally, “The Mission” was added to make a full length feature film. This movie was MGM’s biggest money maker of the year. This series of 12 caches remembers many of the actors from the film.
Archer Maggotwas played by Telly Savalas. This guy was no lollipop. Definitely a bit left of center. He was the only member of the team to be done in . . . by other members of the team. During the "Last Supper" scene, Maggot is in the Judas position of the Leonardo Da Vinci painting. How appropriate for the guy who betrayed the team during its mission.
If you have to go from Mt. Pleasant to Talco or vise versa, why not take the back road and pick up a few smileys. All of the caches are along Greenhill Road. This container is not a pill bottle, nor is it something you regularly see while caching. You will need to bring a pen to sign the log.
