Sobre el
mercado
El Mercado del Cabanyal
fue inaugurado en su actual emplazamiento el día 2 de Julio de
1958.
Dispone de todos los productos tipicamente mediterraneos, ademas de
desprender ese color tan caracteristico de los mercados de siempre.
Ajetreo, aromas mezclados, y mucho ruido: una visita obligada tanto
para el turista como para el vecino que va de compras.
Ademas, todos los
jueves entre las 8 y las 14 del mediodia se instala un mercadillo
callejero que inunda muchas de las calles adyacentes al mercado,
creando una sensacion unica entre miles de personas en busca de
alguna necesidad.
NOTA: debido al mercadillo de los jueves, no se recomienda
ir hasta que finalice por la cantidad de gente que hay en el
lugar.

About the
market
The Cabanyal market was
opened in its present location on July 2n, 1958.
You will find here all the typical Mediterranean products, as well
as having that characteristic and beautiful display of colours.
Bustle, mixed aromas and a lot of noise: a must see for both
tourist and neighbors who do groceries.
In addition, every
thursday between 8 and 14 there is a street market that fills many
of the streets around the market, creating a unique sensation among
thousands of people in search of things they need.
NOTE: due to street market on Thursdays, is not recommended
to go until the end by the amount of people that are in
place.

Looking for the
