Wells recreation park is a good overall recreation area. Excellent soccer fields; excellent playground (good hard plastic benches); combined basketball and tennis court; rec centre building in good shape but with graffiti issues. Cache is a regular size camoed container with your regular trader. GPS was within 4 meter accuracy
