Dead end park and grab. There are railroad tracks about 30 feet to the WEST. You DO NOT need to go near the tracks!!!!!!! The cache is not near there. Retrieval can be made with one foot on the pavement, unless it migrated!!!!!!!! And this might be a cache that migrates!!!!!! Post no spoilers!!!!!!!!!
