OSU Lower Campus field after daVinci Days ends
4:45 PM - Awards Ceremony and conversation
daVinci Days is the third weekend in July. If you're interested in talking geocaching for the weekend, please send me a note that you're interested in helping with the booth. da Vinci days is a large Science, Technology and Art festival held in Corvallis every year. There is a fee to attend the weekend festivities, however the event cache is after the festival and will be free to attend. During the weekend we will hold a competition for prizes, other geocaching events, and explain WHAT geocaching is and HOW to geocache to a LOT of muggles, which we hope to convert to geocachers! More geocachers means more geocaches!
Bring your GPS unit, SWAG, and cache examples and show off your skills. If you're otherwise attending daVinci Days, please stop by the booth to say hello.
Come out for the event and enjoy the celebration of those who go through the impossible to compete for prizes and support your fellow geocachers who have talked geocaching for two long days.

Rules are very similar to past years:
2.5 hour time limit
~18 caches (all on campus or close to campus)
no motorized transportation please
Event begins at 11 am, last cards handed out at about 3:30 pm (admission required for daVinci Days)
Awards at 4:45 pm Sunday behind the geocaching booth at daVinci Days
Event coordinator reserves the right to make any changes on the fly at any time. (If you don't like something, volunteer to coordinate it for next year!)
