Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed for the CARL3 event. This cache was released to the public on Thursday June 9th. The cache should not be located prior to 6 p.m. Friday June 10. The caches for the CARL3 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start.

This is the place where the local kids and even older ones come in the winter time to slide down in the hills. I do not really know why they call it as Sugar bowl, maybe because it looks like a bowl and in the winter time it is white from the snow. But anyways I thought we need a multi-cache here so people who do not know this place they will get to know it.
