LabguyMN will get his 1,234th cache very soon
He has claimed the FTF. But you can be the first to the STF.
Your looking for a Silver, Polka-Dogged Ammo Can.
And next time you see him ask him about his cool key fob.
This one is for one of those Good Guy's
who deserves a bit more than your Standard Average Tribute
Cache.
LabguyMN is an impassioned Geocacher who is a Hull-o-va-lotta fun
to cache with.
I personally have enjoyed many adventures with him.
He even once saved me from an impending bear attack.
I was aiming for a really cool/hard tribute puzzle cache at his 1K
Milestone, But I couldn't put it together in time.
So I threw caution to the wind, bucked tradition, and am starting a
new 1,234 fad that I am sure will sweep the nation.
OR this will be the only one. Cheers to your next 1,234

I first met Matt
(LabguyMN) on the hunt for Topsy Turvy (GC1C6YF) which was lonely.
The terrain was crazy dangerous due to slippery snow next to a
cliff. The sane among us were nearly resigned to not finding the
cache, but Matt broke out his Army Ranger skills and rope, tied
some kind of harness around his waist and happily plunged over the
cliff edge, making his way over to the GZ where he found the cache
in no time!
Later that same day, while finding some caches on
the other side of the river, I lost my car keys in 7" of fresh
snow. Both Sharknose Bunnies and Matt helped me look for a while,
but Sharknose had to leave. Matt shared his nice warm truck while
we waited the near-eternity for the locksmith to come. He offered
to drive me 20+ miles home and back to fetch my spare keys! How
often do you find people so generous with their time?
Since then I've been on a few different adventures with Matt, and
it's always a blast.
Here's to LabguyMN's next 1,234 finds!

I contacted LabguyMN because he beat
me to a Lonely cache in the SauliH History series and suggested we
work together on the rest. Come the morning of our get together, he
had rounded up a posse' of five other geocachers. He later referred
to it as the "Smiley H Tour". He had maps for all of us with the
coordinates for each cache listed in the order we would make our
finds. He also offered to drive and lent his boots to 3Humphs who
returned them, mud plus some extra. I think a 1,234 Tribute cache
is very appropriate for LabguyMN.

LabguyMN Congrats on finding your
1,234th Geocache!!
What a great geocacher to have in the North-Metro or in MN in
general. LabguyMN lives less then a half a mile from me, but we
only met face to face at the 2010 Geocoinfest, 25 miles away from
our homes, After many months of emails and variouse PAFs, LabguyMN
will always help give you a little nudge in the correct direction.
I like LabguyMN's new policy of PAF or CO. If you have to PAF, you
should post a DNF for the cache page. After all without the PAF you
would DNF'ed the cache or likely spend a lot more time there.
Here is to finding your next 1,234 caches!!

When I think of
LabguyMN, I think of diabolical
genius puzzles. Many nights I
lay awake pondering the intricacies of the workings of his mind.
Countless productive hours at work lost trying to solve his puzzle
caches...if only the boss knew. Even with nudges in the right
direction from Matt himself, the answers still seem to elude us.
Once we ended up in the middle of Lake Superior! Seriously, he is a
great guy. Always willing to help a fellow cacher. Congratulations
on your unique milestone Matt!

Congrats on finding 1,234 caches. I
look forward to finding your hides and the way your puzzles
challenge my way of thinking. One can see the emotion of your cache
hunt while reading your logs. I am grateful that you will lend a
hand on those tough hides. I hope to see you on the trails soon.
Congrats again!!

The first time I met LabguyMN, we went
ice fishing. It was so cold and we fished in the middle of a
blizzard. His ice house was maybe 20 feet from ours and I couldn't
even see him. We toughed it out. But nobody else was on the lake..
hmmm imagine that!! Then as we packed up and tried to walk back
into shore amongst the huge snow drifts, he shares that he needs to
get a cache today. Go figure!!! So needless to say we got to the
beach, got to the GZ and dug out about 4' snow drift around this
garbage can. And lo and behold we found him a cache for a day. What
a trooper!! It's been great to get to know him as a cacher and as a
friend. See you caching and fishing!! DANANDTINA05
