This is located at a small park in town, one that has no cache.. so therefore it gets a cache!
Warning, I've taken several readings on this location, however, due to extreme bounce it winds up about 5ft off.
So Use your geo sense.
(this still holds true, so have no fear, its not a steep grade. Just take a moment to sit and think, it's just around the corner)
