It looks like it has been a while since anybody drifted high around turn 3, but care should be taken anyway to prevent being black flagged. Should be a quick cache, but there will be some terrain issues that may need to be taken into account to grab the cache.
Permission has been granted to place this cache. There is no need to tear up the area to locate this cache. A writing implement may or may not be available so it would be wise to bring your own.
