Puru's Impromptu 18: Trout Wine Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Purukivel: This one has gone missing a ridiculous number of times. It’s clear that some docent or another has it in for this cache. I give up.

Geocache Description:

I've heard of Bass Ale before, but Trout Wine? Or Trautwein, as it were. The cache is located by the old Trautwein Homestead, near a trailhead used by those who wander out here to ride horses, ponies, camels, Battle Cattle, and possibly very large goats.

There's a scenic view of a Porta-Potty, as well as the site of the legendary cache known as Puru's Impromptu 12: Alien Launch Pad, far off in the distance. Also of note is an informative sign that warns that water was invented 9,000 years ago, and may be all used up by such notorious wastrels as local caching legend BulldogBlitz, who is known to crank open his outside faucets and stand there laughing maniacally as thousands of gallons gush out while a Native American watches, a single tear sliding down his cheek.

Those with fat fingers or hands affected by years of hardcore inebriation may need a hook-like tool to retrieve this container. The cache is NOT accessible after dark, and you are advised not to try it at twilight, unless you relish getting locked in.
