The cache is a 35 mm. film canister. this is an easy cache meant to get people off the beatten path.

You can read about David's journey with cancer at (visit link)

One of the final post before he passed was:

"In the spring of 2006 David developed a cough.. The cough led to night sweats & fever.. After going to the Dr. It was determined David has Stage 3 non small cell carinoma lung cancer.. It has now 2010 metastasized to his brain, 2 tumors taken off the brain at one time in 2007 then another taken off Oct. 2009 David has now 5 tumors..

David was a peace officer. This was no strange thing to his family.. David was always the first one to help people.. volunteer .. rescuing when and what ever the need was there.. "

On Friday morning 06/03/11 at 9:05 AM EDT David passed away.

He was a good friend, an loyal family man, a dependable Amateur Radio Operator and volunteered with our many public service events. He was there when anyone had a problem or needed someone to make a call or talk them home. When asked how he was feeling he would always respond "It's all good, it's in God's hands."
