Geocache Description:

The cache title is something that B.O.S.N. says often to both Leo and I. We're both adopted shelter muts in a way, well loved and taken care of by a loving mom.

Leo really was adopted, from the Save-A-Spot Dalmatian Rescue in Turlock, CA, on February 15, 2009. Me, well I'm just a retired sailor.

We enjoyed our first hike to Hidden Valley on June 3, 2011 and brought some caches to potentially place along the way. This one is a micro in the outdoors. Yes, I know what that means to many cachers, but this is no different than any tree in any other park. Just think of this as a really big park.

The cache is a cammoed matchstick container, hidden chest high in a small juniper tree just south of the trail. It is not far from a rocky vista with excellent views of the mountain range and valley below.
