I hiked up here to get the Gneiss Place for a cache last week and noticed that this is a fantastic hiking trail and there were no caches along the route. ???
Today MarshallOD and came back up to hike and explore and I placed a couple of caches. Hopefully others will make the trek and enjoy this area.
You are looking for a decon container inside a Cottonwood tree, hence the original cache name.
The trail is well marked and there are a couple of steep rocky sections, but, this will make a great family hike. When you get to a large vertical rock wall on your left and the creek is on your right, start looking for the tree in the photograph.
