Geocache Description:


I wanted to place a few caches in the Whitemud Creek ravine that were a little off the beaten path. This one is not to far from the creek's edge and when I hid it early this morning a couple of beavers were sliding down the bank into the water. You will have to hike a couple hundred feet from the last main trail to get to it. There was a bit of an animal trail that I followed and the bush wasn't too thick to get through. I did get a bit wet though as it had rained the night before so you are forewarned. I marked waypoints for where the main trail starts and also for where the animal trail starts. The cache is a camoed peanut butter jar tucked away in its own little home. Have fun!!

(P.S. Please note that the cache is on the SOUTH side of the creek even though it may look otherwise on the map.)
