The cache is located at the busiest intersection in downtown Powell, Ohio. For that matter, it is the only one that has a traffic light. Daylight retrieval of this cache is not recommended but don't let that stop you. Give it your best shot but remember to be stealthy. The difficulty is based on the cache placement and general location. The picture above is slightly dated and there is a nano in there somewhere. Best of luck!
