This event will Official kick off the Sydney to Sydney Travel Bug race. Dur to the rather meager attendance at the other Race Kick Off we will do this one to Officially start the race
An evening event where TBs for the Sydney to Sydney Travel Bug Race can be dropped off.
This event cache will allow Geocachers who wish drop off their TBs for the race to stop by for a snack
If you come PLEASE remember to log your tb in the cache tb page and select drop-off. Only distances recorded after the event will count towards the goal.
The Sydney to Sydney Travel Bug Race is a year-long TB race which will feature trophies, medals and a chance at Geo-glory!
1-3 TBs per cacher are allowed. The TB must be an item or souvenir that is related Sydney Nova Scotia or something similar (Lobsters are allowed but not real ones))
There several prizes in all, including most miles traveled and most pictures taken.
The Sydney to Sydney Travel bug page should show that the TB is in a Race From Sydney Nova Scotia to Sydney Australia or any other town named Sidney, Sydney or similar, this includes Sydney Mines, North sydney, Sydney River or Sidney Forks, but we would hope the Tbs get beyond Cape Breton County.

June 25th from 7:30 UNTIL 8:30.
