The cache an ammo container and is at the posted coordinates. It is hidden along the Pioneer Express Trail which runs along the western side of Folsom Lake.
Parking: Inside Folsom State Park the closest parking to the cache is at N38 46.167 W121 07.958 and will involve a hike of about .8 mile. Free parking is no longer available at N38 46.018 W121 08.645 as a barrier and no parking signs have been installed.
As usual, look out for ticks, snakes, and other creatures.

No compound names such as trailhead, trailer, or trailing. Plural and possessive such as trails or trail's are okay.
