an easy west end grab

I've notice this cache atracts alot of travel bugs, So it's about time the west end got its very own Bug hotel.
Like the other bug hotels it's best to leave an tag or something to inform other geo caching where it is headed, or not to mark it if its a bug that goes as the wind flows
