This letterbox hybrid geocache is a 10L camouflage painted
bucket, tethered in place (just in case the tide ever gets high
enough to float it).
When you find this cache, simply unclip it using the black clip,
not the silver one. When rehiding it, first make sure the lid is
properly sealed, tuck it away nicely so it can't casually be seen
from the path, and then reclip it to its tether.
White Noise TB Relaxation Spa
White noise is a random signal (or process) with a flat power
spectral density. In other words, the signal contains equal power
within a fixed bandwidth at any center frequency. White noise draws
its name from white light in which the power spectral density of
the light is distributed over the visible band in such a way that
the eye's three color receptors (cones) are approximately equally
stimulated.
The relaxing sound of white noise and nature can help reduce
stress and maintain your travel bug's or geocoin's health. It can
be difficult to find the time to relax and let stress go. Yet,
relaxing and getting stress under control not only improves the
quality of life of your travel bug or geocoin, it can even prolong
its life span.
True story.
For Geocachers...
There is a logbook and pen for geocachers to log their visits
along with a bunch of swap items (please trade equal or better).
Please only log in the geocaching logbook, and not in the logbook
that is there, and clearly labelled, for letterboxers. Do not
remove the stamp or inkpad - they are not for swapping!
There is also a small container inside the geocache for small
travel bugs and geocoins, so they don't get lost amongst the swaps.
Larger travel bugs can sit freely in the cache container.
For Letterboxers...
There is a stamp, inkpad and logbook for letterboxers. Please
stamp this book with your stamp, and do not stamp in the logbook
that is there for geocachers. Please do not remove the stamp or
inkpad from the cache. This letterbox is also listed on AtlasQuest.
For Everyone...
The best time for checking in or out of the Relaxation Spa is at
night - this not only gives the travel bugs and geocoins the
opportunity to enjoy all the relaxing benefits of the day long
natural white noise at the location, but also you can avoid the
peak foot/cycle traffic past the cache.
Please be discreet and use stealth (and common sense about the
timing of your visit) as this is the only way a cache of this size
will survive in this location.
Happy Caching & Letterboxing!
