Geo Dee has been
caching since December 2001. In that time, he has found over 13,000
caches in 14 states.
During this time, he has also logged many DNFs. Geo Dee logs all of
his DNFs. According to him, “At least I tried.”
This is a celebration of Geo Dee during his 10th year of
caching.
Geo Dee is a man of few words. This is reflected in his logs and
DNFs. So don’t expect any long speeches from him at this
event. Ha ha
Come join us for a fun filled evening. We will meet up at the Fox
& Hound in Lewisville from 5pm to 8pm!
How about a rousing game of drop the clothespin in the cache
container? Don’t expect that container to be an ammo can! We
have to make it a challenge!
There will be a prize for the person whose find count comes closest
to Geo Dee’s DNF count!
In your “Will Attend” tell us about your most
entertaining DNF! You could win a prize!
Geo Dee has a unique style. Dress up as Geo Dee, and you too could
win a prize! (a prize other than just being fashionable!)
If you haven’t yet met Geo Dee, come on out and meet one of
the true characters of our sport/hobby/obsession. If you already
know him, come on by and catch up!
A little Geo Dee trivia:
Question: What is Geo Dee's sacrificial altar?
Answer: It's an unsubmitted geocache page.
Question: What does he use it for?
Answer: Virtual geocoin storage so they don't appear in his
inventory. He also uses it to test special effects such as colored
text.
