Remember the beautiful 1950s song, "Harbor Lights"? Forget that; this cache is in honor of the beautiful lights on Park Road that are currently being refurbished. This project proves that even in an extremely economically depressed town, it can still have a beautiful thoroughfare due to one man's vision for his hometown. Someday, this town once known as "Little Detroit" due to all of the automobiles manufactured here (Lexington, Cord, Maxwell, etc.) will rise from the ashes.
