In Tyson Park next to a sidewalk
As with most puzzle caches, the posted coordinates are only a starting point. They point to a sign of Park Regulations. Take the atomic number of GOLD and double it. That is how many yards from the starting point. Double the distance and subtract the atomic number of Lithium to get the Heading from the starting point. That should put you just a few yards from the cache.
