In Tyson Park, near the Softball Fields

As with most puzzle caches, the posted coordinates are only a starting point.
They point to a sign of Park Regulations that will be needed to find the cache.

How far from the sign is the cache? Take the last three digits of the City Ordinance number, divide by 2 and then add 19. That is how many yards away it is.

Which direction? The heading is DVD degrees. Where:
D = the rule number for NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
V = the rule number for ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH
