Cel de-al treilea mall din reteaua nationala Iulius a fost inaugurat in noiembrie 2007, dupa o investitie totala de 80 milioane euro. Pentru ca transilvanenii apreciaza orginalitatea, Iulius Mall Cluj a fost conceput ca un centru comercial cu o sinergie inedita, in care distractia si diningul se imbina cu shoppingul de calitate pe o suprafata generoasa, de 147.000 mp.
Mallul de la Cluj cuprinde 210 magazine, restaurante, hipermarketul Auchan, cafeneaua Starbucks, cinematograful multiplex Cinema City cu 10 sali, food court cu 15 fast food-uri, patinoar in aer liber sezonier, o parcare subterana si una terana cu un total de 2.500 de locuri.

The third mall of the Iulius national network had its grand opening in November 2007, as an outcome of a total investment amounting to 80 millions euro. Since the inhabitants of the Transylvania region are enthusiastic on originality, Iulius Mall Cluj was conceived as a shopping center having an innovative synergy, in which the entertainment and dining functions are combined with quality shopping on a generous area of 147,000 square meters.
The Mall in Cluj comprises 210 stores, restaurants, the Auchan hypermarket, the Starbucks café, the Cinema City multiplex cinema, having 10 auditoriums, the food court with 15 fast food units, seasonal open air skating rink, an underground parking lot and an aboveground one, with a total of 2,500 parking places.
The architectural majesty, the special design, the quality of the featured brands and the annual traffic count amounting to more than 13 millions of visitors recommend Iulius Mall Cluj as a top venue.
To all these elements, the business component of the mall is added, represented by the “Iulius Business Center” A Class office building. Located on the terrace of the mall, the office building was inaugurated in January 2008, being leased in a 100% proportion to prestigious companies.
