waterfan5: Out of all my caches, this was the last one I would ever expect to go missing.
Talked to the police as they had left a note near the previously, now archived, cache. They had no notes related to this cache, however, they did say that caches near office building may cause trouble as it looks suspicious. Caches in parking areas like this should be ok though. Hmmm.. oh well..
Talked to the current tender. They were aware of both the old cache as well as this cache, but found it entertaining and had no objections to them..
Anyway, it seems this spot is cursed, so will bring this back at another location.
