This cache is one in a series we have hidden on a new section of the blue-blazed Shenipsit Trail in Shenipsit State Forest. The new section of trail officially opened on Trails Day in June 2011. These caches are at 'The Other End' of the blue trail from our Pink Floyd cache series.
Official parking for this section of trail is on the side of Greaves Road West at N 42 00.214 W 72 22.906. You then need to walk about 620 feet back up the street and across Old Springfield Road. The terrain near the trailhead is a little tricky because you will need to cross through a little drainage gully. This cache is about 60 off of the trail, but I'm rating it a tad higher because the terrain gets a bit steep and rocky in this area. And there was quite a bit of bounce on the GPSr.
