My Koro (grandfather) uses this seat when he walks from his house to Eliott Bay.
It is probably best if you find my cache GC2VT0X (Elliot Bay) first, then you can leave your car in the carpark and walk up the hill to find Koro's seat. Watch out for the traffic.
