Received request from cacher to increase the d/t rating, so I went to confirm that the cache had not been muggled. The cache is almost exactly where I placed it. It is available to one in a wheelchair. 1/1 seems appropriate to me.
If others have concerns, please email me and . . Please make sure that what you think it should be doesn't get in the way of what it is....
