Located at Nape Nape on the coast.
Nape Nape is 20km from SH1. Alternatively take a short detour from an unsealed rural road linking Gore Bay to Motanau Beach. There are now several caches along the coastal route between these two distinations.
This cache was placed as a consolation prize for those who might find the other two caches at the far end of the beach too much of a challenge. There is good parking near the cache with views along the beach.
The cache is a 200ml sitema with log book stashnote and pencil when hidden
