Geocache Description:

Long Live The Rubber Chicken!

In the tradition of the”crows nest” this outpost has been established to monitor nearby grain farms for the plot that started all of this for the rubber chickens. The mutated, irradiated and synthesized grains that are being grown near by are a know cause of polymerization in the young and more elderly chickens. (Have you ever seen a middle aged rubber chicken?) This grain causes onset rubber legs and then spreads to the entire body. Thusly creating what you may know as the rubber chicken! The battle my friends is on many fronts and stopping the madness that started all of this, is top priority. There is a conflict of interest as the grains grown also improve virility in penguins and have been known to grow a full head of hair on a Furons head, and if you have ever seen a Furon, that is a large head and a lot of hair! So once again we find ourselves in opposition to the Penguins and Furons. Not to worry, the Rubber Chicken Empire will prevail! Viva al a Rubber Chicken! This cache is about 300 feet off of the dirt path in a wooded area that is not bad but there is a little bush wacking involved. The walk is a nice one! It is a neat area and enjoy the woods. You can park at the Carson Nature center parking lot and it is about 7/10 of a mile to the cache. You might be able to access the trail form the south end by highway 470 and it would probably be a shorter walk. Please be careful in the summer months as the grass gets very high.... Long Live the Rubber Chicken!
