Geocache Description:

A lakeside cache in a tickless area

Actually a small holding pond, part of Beaver Dam Creek and owned by Brick Township, this little lake is picturesque for residents and geocachers alike. Look around at the neighboring street names. You are surrounded by famous poets and writers- Whitman, Dickinson, Keats (famous quote "Carpe Diem- Seize the Day"), Longfellow, Poe, and more. This fact perks the geocacher creativity for a puzzle cache in the future.

This was Bricktown's First true Adult Community, built in the mid 1970's, well planned, convenient, nicely layed out, and remains a popular spot to live.

Be very careful of the curious neighbors who have lots of time to watch YOU there. Bring a camera. Bring a fishing pole. Bring a beach chair. And bring your own pen. Hang out a while!
