Geocache Description:

The original "Baldacci's Riddle" (GC2CFGY) was archived to make room for the Confed Power Trail series. "Brookside" is the same puzzle with a great new RDR!

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.

The cache is located down a poorly maintained road that is driveable with care. It's a nice snowshoe and cross-country ski during the winter.

"I'm a grandfather and I have a grandson who's about as many days old as my son is weeks old and my grandson is as many months old as I am in years. My son, grandson and I together are 140 years old. How old am I in years?"

One of my favorite novelists is David Baldacci, author of over a dozen consecutive New York Times bestsellers. The above puzzle-riddle is found in one of his books. Solve the above riddle to obtain "X", the number of years, and use it in the following equation to determine the final coordinates for this cache:

N46 28.708 + X W063 58.591 - X

This cache is located a short distance off a red dirt road that is not maintained during the winter and may be muddy in the spring and after rain. It makes a nice snowshoe or cross-country ski during the winter. No bushwhacking is required.

This cache is suitable for small swag and you must bring your own writing instrument.
