This is the continuation of a series for, regrettably, a growing list of fallen heroes in the War on Terror from the Greater Los Angeles area.
About this cache location: HIGH muggle area! The area is surrounded by 8 Junipers, like sentries standing guard, around the water fountain-pond. This is a residential area with the street lined with new condos. This cache is nestled away near the fountain, and will require a bit of tactile searching, possibly among spider webs. The area is lit at night as is the fountain. You will be only somewhat out of sight of potential muggles, so keep an eye open, PLEASE! The area is patrolled by private neighborhood security on bikes.
This area basically a very wide center median park where people can sit and enjoy the sun and snack on a park bench or take their dogs for nice leisurely walks, so bring Fido for this one!
This cache would be a good night snatch (in fact, highly recommended) The area is totally handicap accessible with grabbing assistance and is a moderately easy find. Bring a picnic snack as you may want to stay around to enjoy the scenery, people and dogs.
