Geocache Description:





Mrs. SRH and I are blessed with a 5-year old grandson. When he visits, he loves to “find treasure” with us. Of course, we have to be careful with the caches we choose, and he really loves it when there are kid-related items inside.

We’ve done two things to help others like us who want to take kids caching. First we created a public bookmark list of our caches which are kid-friendly called “Great Caches For Kids”. The link is on the right side of this page. Please feel free to use it as a guide.
Second, we decided to hide a series of kid-friendly caches around the area’s parks. We sought locations that provided a safe, positive experience with good-sized caches and fun swag. This is the second of the series with several more to come soon. Please respect the theme of kid and family-friendly swag.

Northwest Community is a large park with lots of sports facilities. In fact, if you or your kids need to run or jump off a little steam, you may want to hang around for a while. There’s plenty of parking, but it can be crowded at times so please use your stealth skills and be aware of who’s around.

You’re looking for a small camouflaged pill bottle. Please replace the cache as well as you found it.
