This is a very popular Path/Bike way that connects the CBD to Stirling Rd. It was originally open to ease the congestion and save time for workers from the then Commonwealth Railways workshops. ( Some may say it was a shortcut to Cooinda ) This still remains a very popular pathway for residents of Port Augusta and is also part of the Port Augusta bike path so watch out for muggles and public servants.
