CTF I(B) - Let's Try This Again! Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

OkiePaladin: Checking caches after the flooding. This one survived, both stages, but with 2 finds in the last 4 years I decided to bring it on home. Interesting the last signature in the log book was from April, 2016. Lots of development in this area since I had been here last.

Geocache Description:

Capture The Flag I(B)

The listed coordinates are actually correct!
They are the first stage of a two stage multi-cache. There you will find the directions to the final stage.

This is the second EASTERN OKLAHOMA installment of the renewed "Capture the Flag" cache series. The Travel Bug "Flag" was released at Fall Fest, 2010, in GC2FWKR.
From there ScottyLove placed it in GC2K1YZ. After sitting quietly for 6 months with no one from the Western half of the state coming to grab it, I woke it from it's slumber and have brought it closer to Tulsa. Though, not too close. This will still be a challenging cache to retrieve. Hopefully some brave cacher from the western half of the state will storm the castle and grab the prized flag.

The cache is located in Tall Chief Cove on beautiful Skiatook Lake. The first stage is a .15 mile hike from the road. Terrain is uneven, but not to much elevation change. You will see evidence of new growth covering up the aftermath of recent brush fires. The second and final stage is not far away. But it is easier to find than to retrieve. You will need one more bit of information to complete your quest:
