Inside another

Procrastination is not a virtue normally associated with success; however, every once in a while an individual can amaze you. Such is the case here where a young man managed to plan, describe and present a project for approval, lead others to work on the project then complete a summary write up and manage to complete it before his 18th birthday. That is the magic age; if it is not complete then too bad; time is up. The scout did a landscaping project at his family's church, First Presbyterian. The lucky scout had to miss attending his 18th birthday party so that he could attend his Eagle Scout Board of Review. Timing is everything.
