In May the Vista's Public Art Commission placed the winners of its Kites Over Vista competition around the city. The current sculptures will be in place for 18 months. All the sculptures either resemble kites or have wind motion in them. The artist of the sculpture Winds Of Change is our sister and brother-in-law Rick and Jaydon Randall. We hope everyone stops and enjoys the art work. As of 11/16/2012 the 18 months is up on this sculpture and it has been removed and replaced by another artists sculpture. A new sculpture by Rick & Jaydon Randall has been placed on Wave Drive just a few blocks away. Cache is still at this site.
