As the name implies, this is a P&G and should be an easy find. The problem may be the presence of muggles, but you should be able to retrieve and replace the cache even when they are present.
The cache container is a key holder and it is in plain sight. This is not a challenging cache, but hey, don't we all need an easy one every now and then?
