Pirate Kids Cache Traditional Cache

Cache is hidden 75' or so off a nice hiking/MTB trail with really no elevation change about .2 miles from parking on the road to the main Rattlesnake trailhead.
This is a really nice and smooth trail surrounded by ponderosa pine, grasses and more wildflowers than there is room to mention here in the spring and summer. The last 75' to the cache is cross-country away from the trail, but still level with some downed trees to cross and will be more difficult for children less than 5? Big wheel strollers will work pretty well on this trail for 3 seasons if you can "unicycle" the stroller past some rocks in the trail. Winter? Well hard to know in advance...last winter was record breaking snows, but many years it might just be real cold with bare ground. The cache is a small lock-n-lock box with some kids goodies thanks to my sister (and fellow geocacher AKsuojagirls). We love taking our kids into this area and hope you enjoy the same.
