This traditional cache is the second in a series of new 2011 San Juan Island caches that celebrate the 4th of July. This cache is located on the west side of the island near both Lime Kiln State Park and the San Juan County Parks. Several other caches are in this area, making for an ideal afternoon of geo sleuthing.

There is a small gravel parking area at the entrance to this beautiful trail which leads not only to this cache but two others and a breathtaking view of the Straight of Juan DeFuca and Victoria, BC.
