Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Whitehall, at a Historical Building preserved by the Whitehall Historical Preservation Society. Helfrich Springs Grist Mill was built in 1807 and is very cool to tour, if you ever get the chance. You do not need to go out into the street to retrieve this rather large plastic container, which is where the GC got it's name. Parking is available to the right of the Grist Mill.

If you continue to geocache, you will be "Fit For Life!" There are many trade items in the cache and a pencil, with the log book. Congrats to agility3d for being the FTF :)
