Small CITO event to clean up and meet and greet.
The Ashburnham Conservation Commission and the Ashburnham Conservation Trust has been looking to get volunteers to do a trash clean up on several parcels of land in town. So I decided to do a CITO. This is my first event and I thought I would start small.
Meet at the coordinates at 10AM
This small parcel contains wetland and lake frontage. I would recommend some footwear either that is waterproof or that you do not care about. The only portion that is wet is the walk in and the walk in is only 5 min. So it should be a quick event and an easy log.
The parking is just on the street but its a low traffic road so it should be sufficient.
Show up, grab a trash bag and sign the log. I am arranging for some swag. And of course you are welcome to swap bugs and tall tales.
