Celebrate America everyday with a cache that is in a beautiful area and in a Red, White and Blue theme!
Follow directions to Friend Park/Laramie Peak Trail head. This area has become a favorite for our family. There are caches at the top of Laramie Peak, but with young children, we have never been able to hike all the way up to get them - maybe one day. So we decided that a cache that was not so far to get to was in order for those that can't make it to the the top for whatever reason.
The cache is located about 140 feet from the trail head parking lot.
Cache is an ammo box. Contents are all red, white and/or blue to keep with the celebrate America theme. Original contents include t-shirt, temp. tatoos, crazy straws, patriotic pinwheel trackable, and lots more!
