Welcome to the 2nd of our 'Swings and Roundabouts' caches. This is a series of traditional and mystery caches designed for geokids. i.e hidden in nice parks with playgrounds etc. However, we've tried to design it in a way that makes it fun for all!! There will be a hint available...but only use this if you STRUGGLE!
The second cache in the series is a little soggier underfoot than the first. The co-ords given take you straight to the cache. You will need to use your geo-sense (or check the hint) to find this one. It could be a cache and dash if you do it right.
Welcome to Coed Gwilym Park, Clydach.
This cache is not available 24/7, and I am unsure of park opening/closing times but it is definately open between the hours of 8am and 5pm mon-sat.
The park has two childrens play areas, a tennis court and a bowling green, a playing field, an information centre, basketball court, fitness trail.. and it also has plenty of benches scattered about the park so that you can have a rest..if needed.
This cache is a small clip lock box with room for small trades and coins...
