Welcome to the last of our 'Swings and Roundabouts' caches. This is a series of traditional caches designed for geoKIDS. i.e hidden in nice parks with playgrounds etc. However, we've tried to design it in a way that makes it fun for all!! There will be a hint available...but only use this if you STRUGGLE!
We did plan to have more in this series of caches and we wanted to use playground equipment etc as it was designed for kids.. but found that in doing that we would be going against geocaching rules. Also we found that there were already caches placed in or very near to some of the parks we wanted to use and so didn't want to 'tread on anyones toes'.
Welcome to Ynystawe Park.
This cache is not available 24/7, and I am unsure of park opening/closing times but it is definately open between the hours of 8am and 5pm mon-sat.
The park has a childrens play area, a skate/bike ramp, basketball court, playing field and a bowling green. It also has plenty of benches scattered about the park so that you can sit down and rest/have a little picnic :)
This cache could easily be a cache and dash if you do it right, but we would suggest you take some time out to enjoy the lovely surroundings of this park :-)

The cache is a small clip lock box with plenty of room for swaps and coins :-)
