This is another one of those ever-lovin' blinkies!
We placed this on our third anniversary of geocaching, and a fun three years it has been!
At times the fairground are locked up and unaccessable. So, we had to put this cache outside, but very near, the fairground. Also at times this will be a very busy place, so stealth will be required.
This cache may be a bit tricky for the vertically challenged. For this reason we feel it's not handicap accessable.
