This cache is a tribute to Kalamazoo native Derek Jeter on the
fields he grew up on. When the cache was placed the Jeter
Meter was at 2998 career hits.
How in the world is this not called Jeter Field??? My
guess is personal preference from the Jeters but maybe a local
cacher knows?
In any case I thought this place was due for a cache so now it
has one.
