Geocache Description:

a fun cache and a nice walk through Northbrook Commons Area

This is a replacement of the geocache that I had here since 2005. It recently disappeared so I decided to bring it back as a new cache and give everyone a new FIND.

I have posted a parking place in the Northbrook Commons. Enter the Northbrook neighborhood off of Woodlawn, south of the railroad tracks. If you start there.. you can start your adventure by the Commons sign. Enjoy the short walk, cross the bridge and
head to the cache. You can stay on the path part of the way.The GPS doesn't get good signal at the cache but it's not bad 25 feet or so away.The other end of the Commons area is a Members Only Area in Teal Cove. The container is NOT on private property but in the Commons Park area.


The cache container is a F4F strip container with an info/logsheet. Bring along a pen! Please rehide so this one survives..thanx!


Be on your best de"Fence" and don't get scared and holler when you find the cache. It is guarded by a cute little critter. He's a hungry little fellow. Don't "Corner" him and just remember that his "Bark" is worse than his bite. It is a quiet neighborhood and I don't want the cache being found by the homeowners in the area or the kids playing nearby.
